Eckington Manor is located at 147 and 149 R Street, NE, in the heart of the historic Eckington Neighborhood of the District of Columbia.  Originally built in 1900, the building is a classic example of turn of the 20th century Victorian architecture, with many fine details and great curb appeal.  Together with our joint venture partner in this project, NDC Builders, LLC, we have fully renovated the property.  The property is conveniently located two blocks from the New York Avenue metro station scheduled to open in 2004.

Eckington Manor consists of 12 large condominium units, most of which are over 1000 square feet.  There are 11 two bedroom units and a single one bedroom unit.  Each unit also has a separate dining room, living room, and  kitchen.  The bedrooms have wall-to-wall carpet, with tile in the kitchens and baths and hardwood flooring in the rest of the units.  The kitchens are large and modern, with side-by-side refrigerators, gas ranges, dishwashers, microwave ovens and individual European style washer/dryers.   Separate storage is provided for each unit in the basement area.
